New Life Bharat Gaurav Award 2026 Program Held on the Occasion of International Women’s Day

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the “New Life Bharat Gaurav Award 2026” program was organized by the New Life Social Federation on March 8, 2026, Sunday at 10:30 AM at Matha Sagar Convention Hall.
The program was conducted with the objective of recognizing and honoring the achievements of social workers involved in community service and individuals who have rendered valuable service in various fields.
The main aim of the event was to create awareness about women’s empowerment, equality, and leadership.
The chief guests of the program included Prof. Shangupta Anjum, Mrs. Rani Srinivas Reddy, Dr. Disha R. Shetty, Dr. Mehjabeen, and Dr. Reshma Kiran. They addressed the gathering and delivered inspiring speeches highlighting the importance of women’s empowerment and social responsibility.
The event was successfully organized under the guidance of Dr. Kathiravan, Founder and President of the New Life Social Federation, and under the leadership of the Secretary Mrs. Parameshwari. The organizing committee members Dr. Solomon, Mr. Babu, Mr. Raju, Mr. Sunil, and Dr. Anand Kumar extended significant support in making the program successful.
As part of the cultural program, Harini, a 7th-grade student from Government School Kokkallada belonging to the Badaga community from the beautiful hill region of Ooty, performed an impressive classical dance which received great appreciation from the audience. Another student, Ruchitha, also performed a classical dance that added further cultural charm to the program.

At the end of the program, Nivedita R., a B.A. LL.B student from Dayananda Sagar University (Kudlu Gate Campus), delivered the vote of thanks.
Lunch and refreshments were arranged by the NGO committee for all the guests and participants present at the event. Throughout the program, volunteers ensured that all attendees were well taken care of and that the arrangements were smooth and comfortable.
The program was also supported by NGO coordinators Mrs. Victoria and Mrs. Vijayarani, along with social activist Stany Pinto, who contributed to making the event a success.
The event concluded on an inspiring note, celebrating the strength, achievements, and importance of women in society.
