Hubbali Student Sakshi Kulkarni Secures State Rank, Earns National Recognition for Academic and Co-curricular Excellence
Hubbali, Karnataka: In a remarkable display of academic brilliance and all-round excellence, Akashi “Sakshi” Kulkarni, a bright student from Chinmaya School in Hubbali, has brought immense pride to her family, school, and the state by securing an outstanding 622 out of 625 marks in the SSLC examination, clinching the 4th rank in Karnataka.
Sakshi, daughter of well-known Hubbali-based entrepreneur Anand Kulkarni, has emerged as a shining example of dedication and perseverance. Her achievement has not only earned her accolades at the state level but has also placed her among the most promising young minds in the country. Her father expressed immense pride in her accomplishments, calling it a moment of honor for the entire family.
Recognizing her exceptional performance, the Member of Parliament from Hubli-Dharwad Shri.Prahlad Venkatesh Joshi Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India felicitated Sakshi Kulkarni for her academic excellence. The recognition highlights her growing stature as a young achiever with a bright future ahead.
Sakshi aspires to join the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and serve the nation on a global platform. Her ambition reflects a strong sense of purpose and commitment to contributing to India’s development and international presence.
Apart from academics, Sakshi has consistently excelled in national-level competitions. She was among the top achievers in Veer Gatha 4.0, a prestigious competition organized by the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education, based on the inspiring stories of India’s gallantry awardees. Out of more than 1.07 crore participants across the country, Sakshi secured a place in the Top 100 nationwide.
In recognition of her achievement, she was felicitated by the Hon’ble Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on January 25, 2025, and was given the rare opportunity to witness the Republic Day Parade in New Delhi—an honor reserved for exceptional young talents.
Continuing her streak of excellence, Sakshi also participated in the Young India Parliament (National Level) in February 2026, held in New Delhi. Competing with some of the brightest students from across the country, she won the award for the “Most Impactful Idea Presented,” further cementing her reputation as a thoughtful and visionary student leader.
