A computer science engineer with over 24 years in the field, Gotadke founded WebDreams India in 2001—a full-service digital agency specializing in e-commerce, SEO, and web development—and ClickHubli.com, a hyperlocal platform connecting Hubli's consumers and vendors. As one of the first women entrepreneurs in her region, she has scaled her ventures to serve clients in more than 300 Indian cities, fostering digital inclusion and economic growth in underserved areas.
